Having been in and worked in education all my life (that’s 40 years!) I know a thing or two about young people.

Increasingly in our society, teenagers are struggling. They are stressed. They are not relaxed. Many of them are suffering.
It is an important part of my business to alleviate some of that suffering.
Join me every month for a themed event where you will enjoy hours and hours of complete bliss!

Yoga, Healing and Guidance
We will come together for a bespoke 1:1 session where I will support you in finding more peace & freedom from stress.
Yoga Practice, or depending on what you need, we may include other elements such as Card Readings, Crystal Therapy, Reiki or Meditation & Deep Healing Relaxation.
